Tracking orders

A cookie is created and can be stored on the PC of each visitor that comes from your site, ensuring that you will be properly rewarded for purchases made after his or her initial visit. At any moment you can access our site to find the number of orders and commissions attributed to you. This cookie is set to last for 30 days but may survive longer.

Compensation

Commissions are paid monthly by check. Payments are net of any customer returns and all shipping and handling fees. Total monthly commissions less than $30 will be rolled over and added to the following month's affiliate commission total. Checks will be issued once a total of $30 in commissions is earned.

Become an affiliate

The process of becoming an affiliate is quick and easy.

1. Read and agree to our affiliate conditions and agreement.
2. You will then be directed to our on-line registration form. Please complete this form.
3. Create (a) link(s) from your website to ours and register them (see instructions in the application form).
4. We will then review your website, the page(s) and link(s) where you link to us.
5. You will be sent instructions for login into your affiliate account.

Conditions and Agreement

Obligations of Navitas Naturals

Navitas Naturals refers to the company who owns the website NavitasNaturals.com. The Sales Contract applies exclusively between Navitas Naturals and the affiliate site visitors. Navitas Naturals assumes the entire responsibility of correctly executing the order, discussing with the visitor if required, delivery, taking payment and after sales service when required. Once the visitor enters NavitasNaturals.com them they will become the exclusive property of Navitas Naturals as to the address, name, product purchased and other relevant information. Any such information can only be communicated to the affiliate by prior permission of the visitor.

Validated customer orders

The system will recognize an affiliate referral up to 60 days after the latest visit to NavitasNaturals.com through the affiliate link. If a visitor makes a purchase within that time period, the sale will be associated with the affiliate and the appropriate commission will be recorded.

Commissions

The commission payable on a paid order will be up to 15% of the total value of the order less shipping. The actual commission percentage starts at 10% with a "bonus" based on the search engine value of the affiliate site/page/link to NavitasNaturals.com. The search engines value is determined by Navitas Naturals You can review our critetria at: [Performance Bonus]. An affiliate can monitor in real time orders attributable to them by a specific address given to them.

All commissions due will be paid monthly. Any amount due at the end of a month that is less than $30 will be carried forward to the monthly payment when this sum is exceeded. This will, for both parties concerned, prevent excess accounting and bank charges. Should for any reason the agreement between us be cancelled all sums due will be paid regardless of the amount.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or terminate affiliates

Our affiliate program is open to any internet site that completes the registration form; but, Navitas Naturals reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason, or for any cause that they might judge, in their sole discretion, not in the interest of the company or their site, NavitasNaturals.com. Notably, Navitas Naturals will refuse sites containing violent, racist or pornographic images or opinions, or those sites which could be judged detrimental to Navitas Naturals brand image. Furthermore, Navitas Naturals reserves the right to terminate an affiliate agreement.

Term of Agreement

The Agreement between an affiliate and Navitas Naturals starts once the banner or link with the coded URL is showing on the affiliate's site. This Agreement will be in existence until such time as either party has notified the other party that they wish to terminate the partnership for any reason. The effective date of such termination is immediate upon receipt of such notification.

Policies and Pricing

A customer who buys on NavitasNaturals.com through our affiliate program will be exclusively a customer of NavitasNaturals.com. Accordingly all our related terms and conditions will be applicable to that customer. We may change our terms and conditions or operating procedures at any time. For this reason you may not include pricing or detailed product information on your site. Sales prices and product selection might change and we have the sole discretion of policies.

Publicity

You are not permitted to create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to us without first submitting such material to us for our written consent. This includes Pay Per Click ads (PPC) and email campaigns. We agree this will not be unreasonably withheld.

Best effort affiliate tracking

Navitas Naturals commits to a best effort affiliate referral tracking and shall not be held accountable for any missed referral due to technical difficulties, loss or corruption of data or site visitor actions. Visitor actions affecting a referral include but are not limited to flushing of their browser cookies or disabling cookies in their browser.

Modifications

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement. You will be notified by e-mail of any modifications. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to refuse such change which will automatically terminate the agreement.

Dispute under this contractual relationship

Any dispute under the terms and conditions of this agreement will be subjected to the laws of the State of California.
