Sales Representatives
We are seeking an in-house sales rep., based in Novato CA, to work with and expand our existing network of independent natural food stores throughout the US. The position will entail direct communication with stores via phone, email and fax to assist them in ordering, demos, promotions and shipping. It will also help support our regional brokers to manage these accounts in their territories. This is an entry level position. Experience in the natural food industry is required.

Customer Service
This is a general service position to assist the sales team in answering questions and solving problems for our wholesale and retail customers. Involves data entry and phone work. Must be organized and have patients.

Road Sales Rep
This position will entail running routes in Northern California to grocery stores. In existing accounts it will involve selling, merchandising and demoing product. Some new customer prospecting will be required. Previous experience in grocery, direct delivery and sales a must.

Promo/Demo/Events Sales Rep
This is an in-house position to coordinate our national programs of promotions, demos and events. Some travel may be required but most work is done from our office. This position is part of our sales team and part of the responsibilities will overlap with general sales.

Customer Service
This position involves general reception duties of answering phones and emails, as well as assisting the sales team in answering questions and solving problems for our wholesale and retail customers. Requires good organization, a positive and friendly phone presence and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Ability to work in web based programs and Quickbooks a plus.
