I began my journey of discovering the disease-preventing and healing power of raw, plant-based food at the #1 alternative medicine facility in the world, Hippocrates Health Institute. I was so impressed with the program that I not only enrolled in the program immediately but also, upon graduation, I accepted an offer to work at the Institute.
Formerly a high performance track athlete and fashion model, Katrine Volynsky is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Wellness Coach, and a Raw Foods Chef and Instructor with a client base all over North America.
After getting her Finance degree from University of British Columbia and being accepted to a major IVY league school, it wasn’t long before Katrine found herself on a personal quest for better health and wellness. Having battled eating disorders, metabolic damage, heavy metal and radiation toxicity and extreme case of anemia, she studied and personally tried numerous western and holistic approaches. Through this process of healing herself, a passion for a Living Raw Food Lifestyle arose. Now, with her talent at food combining and preparation, while teaching and coaching others on wellness, she is able to share the success of health with others.
