Our non-GMO flaxseeds are grown in the central farm belt of Canada. After harvesting, we sprout our flaxseeds for increased nutritional content -- a process that also allows greater shelf-stability and eliminates the need for refrigeration. The sprouted seeds are then low temperature dried and milled into a fine soluble powder.
