  • Raw chocolate is unsweetened; mixed with your sweetener of choice and experiment with it in place of chocolate anywhere recipes call for cocoa or chocolate powder.
  • Nibs do not melt when heated, so use them in places you’d enjoy a crunchy texture.
  • To make homemade chocolate, melt the Navitas Naturals Cacao butter and mix together with Navitas Naturals Cacao powder and a sweetener, such as agave, honey or Navitas Naturals Yacon syrup.
