The famous saying goes, "The best things in life are free." I disagree. I think the best things in life are chocolate. And in reality, this chocolate granola is really just a healthy excuse to consume one of my most favorite foods for breakfast -- or at any time of day I want.

1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Yacon Syrup |
| 2 cups rolled oats | ½ cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut | ¼ cup agave nectar | ½ tsp vanilla extract | pinch sea salt | *For Gluten-Free version use certified Gluten-Free oats. |
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, and flaxseed powder.
In a separate bowl, mix melted cacao butter (or coconut oil), agave nectar, molasses, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Add in cacao powder and stir until a smooth chocolate sauce has formed.
Pour chocolate sauce into dry oats mixture and stir until oats are coated. Spread contents onto a large baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, taking care not to overcook. Allow to cool entirely before serving.
If desired, toss in a handful of goji berries, cacao nibs, extra coconut, or a Navitas Naturals Trail Power blend.
Makes about 5 cups
