Recipe - Dark Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

Add To Cart 40 grams Navitas Raw Chocolate Paste
  140 grams almond meal
  28 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  50 grams brown rice syrup
  30 grams coconut flakes
  1 tsp vanilla extract
  1 large egg

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.

2. Mix all ingredients by hand.

3. Spoon out 1 inch balls onto cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.

4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or when the edges are golden brown.

5. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
