40 grams Navitas Raw Chocolate Paste |
| 140 grams almond meal | |
| 28 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature | |
| 50 grams brown rice syrup | |
| 30 grams coconut flakes | |
| 1 tsp vanilla extract | |
| 1 large egg |
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients by hand.
3. Spoon out 1 inch balls onto cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or when the edges are golden brown.
5. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
