Recipe - Gluten–Free Oatmeal Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:

Add To Cart 1 ounce Navitas Naturals Raw Cacao Paste
  2 ounces butter
  3 cups gluten–free oatmeal
  2 ounces brown rice syrup
  1 1⁄2 ounces coconut flakes
  1⁄3 ounce flaxseed meal
  1 tsp. vanilla extract
  2 large eggs

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.

2. Melt chocolate paste and butter.

3. Mix in all ingredients.

4. Shape dough into 15 1-inch balls on cookie sheet.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or when the edges are golden brown.

6. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
