1 ounce Navitas Naturals Raw Cacao Paste |
| 2 ounces butter | |
| 3 cups gluten–free oatmeal | |
| 2 ounces brown rice syrup | |
| 1 1⁄2 ounces coconut flakes | |
| 1⁄3 ounce flaxseed meal | |
| 1 tsp. vanilla extract | |
| 2 large eggs |
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Melt chocolate paste and butter.
3. Mix in all ingredients.
4. Shape dough into 15 1-inch balls on cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or when the edges are golden brown.
6. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
