Recipe - Date Shake

The pleasures of a thick date shake are not to be forgotten.

Ingredients

Add To Cart 1/4 cup Navitas Naturals Cashews
Add To Cart 1/2 tsp. Navitas Naturals Green Stevia Powder
Add To Cart 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Hemp Seeds
  ½ very ripe banana, (frozen if possible)
  4-5 medjool dates, pitted
  ¼ tsp nutmeg
  ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  1 cup coconut water, or filtered water
  handful ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until thoroughly combined.
