Recipe - Mango Goji Sorbet

Ingredients

3 1⁄2 cups frozen mango
Add To Cart 1⁄3 cup Navitas Naturals Goji Powder
Add To Cart 1⁄4 cup Navitas Naturals Cashews
1⁄2 cup water
  1⁄2 cup fresh–squeezed grapefruit juice
  2 Tbsp agave nectar (or stevia to taste)
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

In a blender, whip the cashews, water, orange juice and agave together into a smooth cream. Add the mangos and goji powder and blend into a thick frosty mixture. Enjoy right away as a soft-serve, or freeze for a couple of hours to further solidify. If frozen all the way through, let defrost for several minutes before serving. Makes about 3 cups.
