1/4 cup Navitas Naturals Cashews |
| ½ cup fresh white button mushrooms - washed | |
| 3 Tbsp. miso paste | |
| 1 tsp. Nama Shoyu (wheat-free soy sauce) | |
| Thumb-sized nub of jalapeno pepper, more or less, to taste (exclude if sensitive to raw hot peppers) | |
| 1 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional) | |
| 1 small clove garlic | |
| Pinch sea salt |
Place all ingredients in your blender with a little warmed pure water (to desired consistency), blend and serve. Shown here made with buna-shimeji mushrooms.
