Recipe - Mushroom Cashew Gazpacho

Ingredients

Add To Cart 1/4 cup Navitas Naturals Cashews
  ½ cup fresh white button mushrooms - washed
  3 Tbsp. miso paste
  1 tsp. Nama Shoyu (wheat-free soy sauce)
  Thumb-sized nub of jalapeno pepper, more or less, to taste (exclude if sensitive to raw hot peppers)
  1 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
  1 small clove garlic
  Pinch sea salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in your blender with a little warmed pure water (to desired consistency), blend and serve. Shown here made with buna-shimeji mushrooms.
