| 1⁄4 cup Agave Nectar | |
| 1 scoop protein powder (Vega or Amazing Grass, Amazing Meal) | |

| 1 tsp. vanilla extract | |
| 1⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips |
In a food processor, process the cashews until it becomes almost a flour like consistency. (It’s okay if itrsqo;s small pieces of cashews.) Add dates and process again until it balls up. Remove mixture and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and freeze.
