Recipe - Nicole’s Cashew Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:

Add To Cart 2 cups Navitas Naturals Cashews, soaked 30 minutes
  8 medium-sized dates
  1⁄4 cup Agave Nectar
  1 scoop protein powder (Vega or Amazing Grass, Amazing Meal)
Add To Cart 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
  1 tsp. vanilla extract
  1⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

In a food processor, process the cashews until it becomes almost a flour like consistency. (It’s okay if it&#rsqo;s small pieces of cashews.) Add dates and process again until it balls up. Remove mixture and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and freeze.
