Recipe - Antioxidant Breakfast Power Crunch

Try adding acai or cacao into the pudding mixture below for an extra nourishing punch!

Ingredients

Add To Cart 3 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
Add To Cart 1/2 cup. Navitas Naturals Raw Antioxidant Trail Power Mix
Add To Cart 1 tsp. Navitas Naturals Maca Powder
Add To Cart 2 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Mesquite Powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  or 2 Tbsp. maple or manuka honey
  or 2 packets stevia
  2 bananas
  1 tsp. extra virgin coconut oil
  1 tsp. bee pollen (optional)
  2-3 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds or Hemp Hearts
  1/2 cup of any fresh berries
  1/2 cup water
  pinch or salt

Directions

Blend water, hemp seeds, and your sweetener of choice into a “hemp milk.”

Add bananas, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, bee pollen (optional), and maca. Blend into a thick cream or pudding.

Adjust sweetness if desired, and pour over a mix of chia seeds, berries, and Navitas Naturals Trail Mix.

Let stand for a few minutes allowing the moisture to absorb and serve.
