
This tastes a little like carrot ginger juice, except with catapulted levels of nutrients.

2/3 cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries (or 1/3 cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berry Powder) |
| 2½ cup coconut water | |
| 1 tsp, packed, freshly grated ginger root |
Blend all ingredients and serve chilled. (If using whole goji berries, strain if desired).
