Recipe - Goji Salsa

This salsa is best when it’s had a chance to sit for a while, allowing the flavors to combine. Plus, the longer you wait, the plumper the goji berries will become (it’s a good thing!) Enjoy with chips, crackers, on top of Mexican themed dishes, etc.

Ingredients:

Add To Cart 1/2 cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries
  1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  1 clove garlic, minced
  ½ medium shallot, minced
  ½ jalepeno pepper, deseeded and minced (use more for additional heat)
  1 lime, juiced

Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.

Serves 4-6
