Variations:
Try with Navitas Naturals Mulberries, Goji berries or a Trail-Mix combination
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl and the wet into another, then stir the wet into the dry. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil and spoon dollops of the batter onto it and then press them flat. Bake for 10-12 mins. Great for vegans and people with sugar sensitivities!
