Creamy Dill Sauce

3/4 C.	Thai coconut water
2-3	Garlic cloves, peeled
1/3 C.	Fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp.	Sea salt
1 C.	Raw macadamia nuts, pine nuts or Navitas Naturals Cashews, or any combination of the three
1	Bunch dill with stems

In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
