“Un-Jam” Bread Spread

2/3 C. Fruit (peaches, strawberries, blackberries or currants)
1/3 C. Chia seed gel
2 T. Coconut oil

Put the fruit and chia seed gel in the blender, and just pulse a few times, leaving it chunky. Toast some sprouted grain bread. “Butter” the bread with coconut oil, then spread the “jam” on the bread and serve drizzled with agave syrup.
