| 1⁄2 cup Virgin Coconut Oil | |
| 1⁄4 cup - 1⁄2 cup Raw Madhava Agave or Maple Syrup | |
| 1⁄2 tsp. Unrefined Sea Salt | |
| 1 tsp. Cinnamon, Ginger or Cardamom Powder |

1. In a small sauce pan, warm coconut oil just until liquid.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, then whisk in liquid coconut oil and thoroughly blend.
3. Pour chocolate mixture on to a non-stick or greased baking cookie sheet with rim or loaf pan lined with wax paper.
4. Place in the freezer for at least one hour or until frozen solid. Once frozen remove from tray and cut into squares.
5. Place in an air-tight container and store in the freezer.
6. Cacao truffles will keep for at least one month but are unlikely to last longer that one week– just impossible to resist!
