| 2 cups of pumpkin seed milk pulp (you can use any wet nut or seed pulp) | |

2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Lucuma Powder or Navitas Naturals Maca Powder, Coconut Flour or any nut or seed flour. |
![]() |
2 tsp. Navitas Naturals Maqui Berry Powder (this is what makes the bread purple) |
| 2 tsp. xylitol (more to increase sweetness) | |
![]() |
3 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds |
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
Dehydrator Method (preferred): Place sheet into your dehydrator and let it dehydrate for overnight (about 6-8 hours). Check to see if it as dry you want, if not than let it dehydrate a little longer.
Oven Method: Spread the bread batter onto cookie sheet into any shape. Place bread in oven around 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes and check to see how the bread dough is doing. If bread is still too soft than wait another 15 minutes or until bread gets to desired texture.
Serve Purple Bread with a mock-PB-looking spread: mix together some lucuma powder, vanilla, and yacon syrup with a splash of water and stir.
