
To make a raw version of this recipe, blend the meat and water of a young coconut into a smooth cream. Use 1 cup of this blend in place of the canned coconut milk and water.

1/4 cup Navitas Naturals Mesquite Powder |

| ½ cup coconut milk | |
| ½ cup water | |
| 2 Tbsp agave nectar |
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 6-8 hours, or overnight, until completely frozen.
Serving size depends on size of molds used. Usually makes 4-6.
