Using Mulberries in Recipes

One of our favorite simple treats, Navitas Naturals Mulberries are an exciting dried fruit that make for deliciously sweet snacking.

Chef's Notes:

  • Navitas Naturals offers the white Turkish variety of mulberries, which are sweeter and chewier than purple mulberries.
  • Mulberries are an enjoyable snack without doing a single thing to them! Enjoy them straight out of the bag.
  • Use as a 1:1 replacement in any recipe that calls for raisins, currants, or other dried fruit.
  • Add mulberries to smoothies by the handful for a delightfully sweet berry beverage. If using a low-speed blender, soak ¼ cup berries in 1 cup of juice, nut milk, or water for 10 minutes prior to blending, to soften.
