
Wrap inside lettuce leaves, collard greens, pita, or scoop atop a salad for a fully satisfying lunch.

| 15 oz can garbanzo beans | |
| 1 tsp minced red onion | |
| 1½ Tbsp Shoyu (organic soy sauce) | |
| 2 Tbsp hemp oil | |
| 1 Tbsp lemon juice | |
| 1 stalk minced celery | |
| Wraps or salad of choice |
With the back of a fork, mash the garbanzo beans into a chunky paste. Crumble the nori sheets finely and sprinkle into the mashed beans. Mix thoroughly, then add the remaining ingredients until combined. Add into wraps of choice for a delicious tuna-salad-esque meal!
