Recipe - Vegetable Rolls

The vegetables mentioned are merely a suggestion – use your favorites to create the perfect customized gourmet roll!

Ingredients

Add To Cart 4 Navitas Naturals Nori Sheets
2 cups cooked brown or white sushi rice
  ½ avocado, sliced thin
  1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into matchsticks
  large handful of sunflower or onion sprouts

Directions

To assemble, roll traditional sushi or hand rolls -- see “how to make sushi rolls” for rolling instructions.

Makes 4 rolls, or approximately 24 sushi rounds.
