General Uses:
Palm sugar tastes, looks, and performs very similar to brown sugar.
Use palm sugar as a 1:1 replacement for cane sugar, or as a 2:1 replacement for agave syrup, maple syrup, or honey (condensed sugars).
Palm sugar easily dissolves in hot beverages, and is also excellent for baking.
Palm sugar enhances the flavors of other sweet elements - in particular fruits, smoothies, and grain-based dishes and sauces.
