Baked version:
Pour into crust thinly slice apples, mix with dry ingredients. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes (20 min without upper crust), turn down to 350° for 45min to 1 hour. You may need to add 1-2 T water to keep from drying out. You may need to add 1-2 tablespoons of water, depending on the apples, to keep from drying out.

Raw version:
You can also make this a raw dessert with the below crust and the above filling. Place cashews in food processor and slowly add in pitted dates and other ingredients while blending. Mold into pie an and add filling.
