1 1/2 cup Navitas Naturals Palm Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract | |
| 4 eggs | |
| 1 cup flour | |
| 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter of choice |
In double boiler melt cacao butter. Cream coconut oil or butter with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat in melted cooled cacao butter and dry ingredients. You can add cacao nibs or cashews to taste. Bake 350° for 25 minutes.
