Recipe - Power Berry Smoothie

The tiny bit of stevia really helps pull out a tremendous amount of sweetness from all these highly nutritious berries (without adding a single calorie!). However, if you have a sweet-craving audience, try using a touch more palm sugar to fill in the gap.

Ingredients

Add To Cart 4 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Antioxidant Twister
Add To Cart 1/8 tsp. Navtias Naturals Green Stevia
Add To Cart 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Palm Sugar, or to taste
  ½ banana
  2 cups frozen blueberries
  ½ cup water
  1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or use rice or soy milk)
  Handful ice

Directions

Blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if needed, and serve immediately. Makes approximately 4 cups.
