
The tiny bit of stevia really helps pull out a tremendous amount of sweetness from all these highly nutritious berries (without adding a single calorie!). However, if you have a sweet-craving audience, try using a touch more palm sugar to fill in the gap.

1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Palm Sugar, or to taste |
| ½ banana | |
| 2 cups frozen blueberries | |
| ½ cup water | |
| 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or use rice or soy milk) | |
| Handful ice |
Blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if needed, and serve immediately. Makes approximately 4 cups.
