
Energy bars, like smoothies, are the perfect opportunity to fuel up your body with the condensed nutrition of superfoods. Use the recipe below as a starting point, and feel free to add in whatever power foods you crave to make YOUR ultimate superfood energy bar. Double, triple, even quadruple this recipe and keep in wrapped individual portions in the freezer until needed.

2 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Chia Powder |

1 cup. Navitas Naturals 3-Berry-Cacao Nib-Cashew Trail Mix (or try one of our other great blends) |

1/4 cup Navitas Naturals Hemp Seeds |

1/2 cup. Navitas Naturals Twister Powder of Choice (or try Pomegranate Powder, Goji Powder, Acai Powder, or 1½ Tbsp Camu Powder) |
| 4 dates | |
| 1 tsp lemon juice | |
| ¼ cup buckwheat groats (sprouted preferred, dry okay) |
Grind all ingredients together in a food processer. The dough may be left slightly crunchy for a bar with more texture. Remove from food processor and knead to ensure ingredients are uniformly combined. Form into a large patty, and cut into bars.
