| 1/2 cup Olive oil | |
| 1 cup Soymilk | |
| 2 1/3 cup Flour | |
| 3/4 tsp. Baking soda | |
| 2 tsp. Cinnamon | |
| 1/2 Nutmeg | |
| 1/2 tsp. Sea salt | |
| 2 cup Oats (rolled or instant) |
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the dry ingredients into one bowl, and the wet ingredients into another bowl, then stir the wet into the dry. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil and spoon dollops of the batter onto it and then press them flat. Bake for 10-12 mins.
