Recipe - Green Gold Smoothie

You can use freshly cut pineapple too – simply replace ½ cup of water with ice.

Ingredients

Add To Cart 1/4 cup Navitas Naturals Cashews
Add To Cart 1 tsp Navitas Naturals Wheatgrass Powder
2 cups frozen pineapple
  2 cups coconut water (or plain water)
  stevia to taste (optional)

Directions

For smoother blending and if time permits, soak the cashews for 1 hour in the coconut water to soften.

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired, with a touch of stevia. Serves 2.
