
You can use freshly cut pineapple too – simply replace ½ cup of water with ice.

1 tsp Navitas Naturals Wheatgrass Powder |
| 2 cups frozen pineapple | |
| 2 cups coconut water (or plain water) | |
| stevia to taste (optional) |
For smoother blending and if time permits, soak the cashews for 1 hour in the coconut water to soften.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired, with a touch of stevia. Serves 2.
