
If additional sweetener is required, either stevia or palm sugar (or a combination of the two) work exceptionally well.

1 tsp Navitas Naturals Wheatgrass Powder |
| 2 cups cubed/chopped mango | |
| 1 whole Thai coconut | |
| 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice | |
| sweetener, to taste |
Carefully open the Thai coconut, and pour the water inside into a blender. Scrape out the coconut “meat” and add to the blender as well. Add the remaining ingredients, then blend until smooth.
Taste, sweeten if desired, and enjoy. Serves 2.
