1 1/2 cup Navitas Naturals Cashews |

¼ - 1/3 cup Navitas Naturals Yacon Slices |
| 1/3 cup raisins | |
| 3-4 large dates- pitted | |
| 1/4 tsp cinnamon | |
| ½ tsp powdered ginger | |
| 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon |
Put all ingredients in a food processor for a couple of minutes. Then scoop out the mash into a bowl. Next squeeze and roll into balls. Enjoy!
