Zach Adelman - Founder
Zach Adelman is a business man with a passion for health, not only his own but for every aspect of the environment. Loving healthy food and world travel, Zach discovered the amazing nutritional and medicinal benefits of simple root vegetables and fruits used traditionally by indigenous cultures around the world. Wanting to bring these wonders to the United States in order to reinvigorate the “western” diet, Zach drew upon his business expertise from a career in manufacturing to successfully launch a conscious enterprise, Navitas Naturals, whose mission includes expanding functional foods for personal health while creating economic and sustainable opportunities among indigenous people in developing countries. He is a spokesperson for organic agriculture, socially and environmentally responsible business practices and new and unique “power” foods that brings energy and zest to the diet!
